Before You Leave
Please take a few moments to complete the following before heading home:
Pack all personal belongings.
Check wardrobes, drawers and bathrooms.
Turn off all lights
Log out of your Smart TV accounts.
Close all windows.
Sort all rubbish and place it in the bins outside.
Strip beds and place used linen on the bedroom floor.
Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
Keys & Departure
Lock the front door.
Leave the key in the key safe by the front door.
Make sure the key safe is locked properly after replacing the keys.
Late Check-out
Late departure is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule.
An additional charge may apply after 12:00 PM.
Forgotten Something?
Left something behind? Don’t worry.
Please call us within 48 hours.
We can arrange collection or postage where possible.
