Hot Tub User Guide & Safety Rules
We want you to really enjoy the hot tub — safely and comfortably. Please take a moment to read this quick guide before you get in. The hot tub is complimentary during your stay, and following these simple rules helps us keep the water clean and ready for everyone.

Quick Rules (At a Glance)
- Use between 9:00am – 11:00pm
- Shower first (soap + rinse) before getting in
- Max 15 minutes at 38°C, then cool off before re-entering
- Never use alone
- Max 5 people
- No glass – plastic cups only
- Children 8–15 must be supervised (no under 8s)
- Replace and lock the cover after use
Hot Tub Operation
The hot tub temperature is set to a maximum of 38°C.
The filtration system is pre-programmed to filter and help maintain water quality 24/7.
Using the Hot Tub Cover with the Lift:
- Unclip the cover (press both sides of the clip to open).
- Fold the cover in half over the pivot bar.
- Pull the bar upwards to lift the cover and store it vertically behind the spa.
- To close, push the bar down to bring the cover back into position.
- Press the clips down into the bracket until you hear a click to lock.
Thank you: Please always replace and lock the cover after use — it keeps the heat in and helps keep the water clean.
Using the Control Panel
The control panel is located on the hot tub and lets you control:
- Air Jets on / off
- Lights on / off (there are 8 colour settings)
To change the light colour:
Press the Light button on, then off, then on again to move to the next colour.
If anything looks unusual on the display (or the hot tub doesn’t respond), please let us know and we’ll help straight away.

Safety & Care
- Take care getting in and out — surfaces can be slippery when wet.
- Limit time in the water. Recommended max 15 minutes at 38°C, then cool off before re-entry.
- Never use alone.
- Children 8–15 must be supervised by an adult. No children under 8.
- If you are pregnant, unwell, have open wounds/infections, or have medical conditions (heart, blood pressure, diabetes), please avoid using the hot tub unless advised by a medical professional.
- Plastic cups only – no glass near the hot tub.
- Please don’t use the hot tub after a heavy meal, alcohol, drugs, or sedatives.
- Do not immerse your head – risk of infection and drowning.
- No jumping, diving, or horseplay.
- If you feel unwell or irritated, please get out immediately and cool down.
⚡ Emergency: Pump cut off (Red & Yellow switch on the fence).
Hygiene
- Shower with soap and rinse before entering.
- No soaps, salts, oils, or lotions in the water.
- The hot tub is for registered guests only.
Looking After the Hot Tub
- Replace and lock the cover after each use.
- Maximum occupancy: 5 people (or fewer if the water level reaches the grey dials).
- Please don’t sit or lie on the cover, and don’t sit on the edge of the hot tub.
- Do not switch off the power, unless it’s an emergency.
- Please don’t add water or chemicals yourself.
- If there is a power cut, please exit the hot tub until the control panel resets to the normal display (approx. 20 minutes).
- Report low water levels or cloudy/discoloured water to us immediately.
⚠️ Misuse may result in closure and a £100 cleaning fee.
